Other than installation they have been great! Maybe they should consider contracting with installation folks that know what they are doing! Absolutely the worst experience ever! Will honestly never buy another appliance from them again.
THIS IS THE MOST RACIST PLACE I HAVE COME IN CONTACT WITH. THE DON'T CARE ABOUT NO ONE. I HAVE BEEN SICK FOR A WEEK, BOUGHT A DRYER FROM THEM ON APRIL 11, 2021. WAS TOLD IF I PURCHASED KIT INSTALLATION WAS FREE. ON THE DAY IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED SOMEONE CALLED AND SAID THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DELIVER IT UNTIL 2 MORE DAYS. FINELY WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED, THE DELIVERY GUY SAID THAT THEY DON'T INSTALL AND THAT HOME DEPOT HAD LIED TO ME. THIS ORDER WAS CANCELLED BY ME THAT DAY 4/21/2021. NOW THEY ARE HOLDING UP MY REFUND MONEY AND GET TELLI G ME ITS NOT SCAN INTO THERE SYSTEM. I HAVE GOTTEN SICKER FROM RUNNING OUT TO HOME DEPOT FOR JUST TO HEAR MORE LIES. I would not recommend getting any appliances delivered from them because my husband and I ordered a refrigerator on 9/15/2020 in store I paid cash over $1,000 same day and delivery was suppose to be 9/26/2020 @11am well the delivery company called asking to change time until 1pm we agreed then an hour later they called asking to change time until 5pm because of truck issue we agreed then 3 hours after that called they called stating they had to cancel the delivery and the ne
