I was very impressed by the high level of customer service and attention to detail. Everyone I worked with at Guyette -- Tim for the estimate and sales process, Luke for the project scheduling, Jaime and William on the job site, and Mindy at the office -- demonstrated true professionalism in their work. They are clearly all very experienced and have earned their reputation for quality service. They installed my roof on schedule, working from about 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., answered all of my questions, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. I am very pleased with their work, and I think my house looks much better now!
I used this roofing contractor to replace a section of my roof. From beginning to end of transaction was very smooth. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly. During work recommendations were made for future preventative maintenance so I was well informed with what was going on to get the most out of my roof in the future. Will definitely use them again for any and all roof work. Would recommend to any one looking to use an outstanding roofing contractor.
In 2020, at the 18-year point of our roof, it was leaking in a couple of places. After contacting a few roofers for their estimates, Guyette Roofing and Construction was the only company willing to repair each problem spot of the roof, including the chimney and its cap, and the estimate was awesome. They returned a couple of times to catch other small areas until I decided to replace the entire roof.
