Read about the egg and bacon breakfast sandwich online and decided to give it try! Definitely stuck out as the only white guy there and had a few stares from the other patrons but "Greg" made sure I was taken care of nonetheless. The breakfast sandwiches definitely was a hit! Very reminiscent of how my grandparents would make breakfast! Would go back again.
Small breakfast bar from days of old. $9 for a bacon sandwich. There was a mound of bacon on the sandwich. There was a steady stream of customers. Food was fast. Be prepared for a fast conversation and a little comedy. The place is not fancy but that adds to the charm. All rounds out a great experience and an awesome breakfast.
Desperate for a few more hours of sleep, but unable to attain such, I wandered into this quaint breakfast bar at the darkened hour of 6 a.m. Thinking I might have to sacrifice quality for an early opening time, I was indeed glad to be wrong. Greg's is a true belly-rubbing kind of experience that offers man-sized portions, attentive service, and value in pricing. I may have to go ala carte next time due to the impressive serving size - but I will definitely be back.
