Sure, my appointment went rather quickly despite a full waiting room. My female attendant, Mary, had an easygoing and cheerful attitude, and she worked efficiently and thoroughly while holding conversations with me. Dr. Harris was his usual self with great insight, information, thoughts to ponder. He used his time efficiently, too! Likewise, the optical staff were quickly helping me to use all available insurance coverage and on-site specials. Moreover, I was pleased that the option for on-line forms was available, and I was able to shop the frames as I awaited my appointment. Thank you!
