I worked for DSI for about a month. I met some awesome people there. Very professional and friendly, and as an employee, I was treated pretty well. I quit only because I was kinda embarrassed after almost crashing the company vehicle. Lol, definitely not their fault. But yeah, great company to work for and have work for you.
As a now, former employee of DSI Security Services in Montgomery, Alabama, I can now leave my veracious review after a painful year with them. First off, the recruitment and onboarding process is out of the window. Literally, anyone can get hired and commence the same day, just because this particular branch is understaffed. The turnover rate is profoundly high for this company. New hires don't have set schedules and some new employees have even been lied to about the pay rate just because the company needs somebody, anybody to fill a post.
