My son cracked his tooth pretty bad Friday night. This morning he was in pain and unable to eat or drink and was scared to swallow from the pain. I called the office and it directed me to the number for emergencies. I called and spoke to Kathie and sent her a picture of my son’s tooth. She then forwarded it to Dr. Drew which suggested we come in today to get it seen. Dr. Drew and Ella met us at the Prattville office and took amazing care of my son! Dr. Drew was wonderful with my son; he kept him calm by explaining step by step what they were doing, and reassuring him the whole time he was doing awesome! We are so thankful and appreciative for everyone who was involved in getting us in on the weekend, during their time off, and taking such great care of us today! DR. DREW & prattville pediatric dentistry crew are AMAZING! Thank you all times a million!
Dr. Drew and all the staff at the PR location are absolutely incredible. They are so patient and answer all the questions that we may have, including when my children are having a procedure and they’re nervous.. Dr. Drew pauses and explains everything in fine detail, walking them through everything, allowing my children to take part in their procedure to help them feel more calm. Not to mention the support and kindness they have shown our family while our youngest daughter battles through cancer. We are grateful for each of you and we pray this holiday season blesses each of you! Thank you! (Five stars!!!)
