Big shout out to Chandon who just set the standard for customer service so high it may never be broken.I come in with my glasses I’ve had for 7 months and they are having problems. The temple piece is about to fall off and I ask if it can be replaced. No, but it’s about to fall off, I’ll do what I can.I saw the writing on the wall and went and picked out a new frame. I told her to just forget about what I wore in let’s just move ahead with the new ones. I bought two, one and a backup. So Chandon figures my bill and I can see her adding it up. Almost $600 but I don’t say anything. Then she starts subtracting. Minus $257, minus $50, minus something else and my...read full review

Since being tagged as a type two diabetic and having to have my eyes examined each year it is a blessing to be able to go to Costco and get my eye exam done. Dr, Bizzle is a qualified eye doctor that is easy to get in and out of appointments and I am completely satisfied with what I am getting there!

I came to Costco Optical the first time because I already had a membership to Costco so it was convenient. The first thing that I noticed was how much less the glasses were on display. I've been going to another optometrist and HATE having to get new glasses and contacts because it's so expensive. As soon as I walked up a guy in optical named Scott started talking to me about different frames and lens options and how they could help me. But for me, it came down to the price. Dr. Bizzle (GREAT Optometrist and the exam was less than my other doctor) got my exam done and then it was off to get the glasses. I learned a long time ago to pick out glasses before they put drops in your eyes. Trust me here. Anyway, I got a pair of glasses for driving called drive wear. (They turn dark like sunglasses when you're outside) and another pair for staring at the computer all day in the office. They really helped me to read the paper work and see the computer without getting that massive headache at 3pm. Apparently it was eye strain. I also bought contacts. All of it was less than I would have spent on one pair of glasses at my other optical place. Thank you Scott and Dr. Bizzle for helping me. I promise I'll see you again next year!
