These people are amazing!!! Our six year old system blew a compressor in 94 degree heat. Not only did they immediately come out to assess the problem, but they stayed in contact with me throughout. When they learned the compressor wouldn't be in stock for another 10 days, they installed two loaner window units- free of charge!!! I have used Chastain for 20 years and have always been impressed with their knowledge, honesty and speed, but never have I seen service like this before. Highly recommend!
I can't recommend this company highly enough. Wayne made time at the end of a long work day to come fix our AC unit after it shut down on a very hot afternoon. He immediately diagnosed the problem (corroded wires), replaced the wiring, cleaned out the unit, and saved the day. He was extremely kind and professional -- such a joy to work with. We will be using Chastain Heating & Air for all our normal maintenance from now on!
