Cadence Insurance

Used Cadence for many years, including my extended family and had exceptional service. Our agent retired and we were transferred to a new agent (Laura Wood). Asked to increase our insurance coverage for 4-months due to new construction.

Only communication I received was what I instigated. Never got a revised quote. Asked for a new agent so I could spend more money with this company. I was told I had a new agent, but was never given a name. After waiting 2-weeks for contact I researched to find Laura’s supervisor.

Great agency! Always ready to help and return calls promptly whenever they are stumped by a question and it needs further review. They do they're due diligence when writing a policy to ensure you get the best rates with the best companies. We are extremely happy with their services.

I give them one star, only because there isn't an option for zero. They're are so helpful to write a policy, however, after is another story. No one is ever there to help when you need it. Took several contact attempts (email and phone) just to get a certificate of liability sent. I have to deal with insurance company directly, what is the point of having an agent!
