This is the third time I've been to thus establishment, and I have not been disappointed. Chelsea took great care of my feet and nails. She takes her time and does an AWESOME job. This is my go to place for my services.
I have always enjoyed coming here for pedicures, which makes this review especially disappointing. Unfortunately, my experience today was unlike any I’ve had before.
The service began with several sanitation concerns. The technician dropped the towel on the floor, and I had to request a clean one. Later, she dropped the foot scrubber on the floor and then placed it back into the water instead of replacing it. During my service, she also reached into the drain to remove long strands of hair that had become wrapped around it. After doing so, she attempted to continue my massage with the same gloves. I walked in for a pedicure. The menu states that a signature pedicure will be 33-35 minutes. I was in the chair for 20. The sugar scrub is in a large container and they scoop it out with wet gloves. Got a very short massage and the cooling gel. She painted over my cuticles and they didn’t even apply lotion after the pedicure.
