I love this place. I've been going off and on for 4 years and they always do a great job. It's really clean and they always offer complimentary sodas. I love that they really take their time and give you a good pedi/mani. I went to get a manicure today and the lady did a amazing job. I got deluxe pedicure on last Friday and again, she did a great high quality job. As for the price, I'll pay for quality any day. It was slightly pricey, but worth every penny. I went to a salon in Millbrook before this one and I will definitely be coming here going forward.
I asked for natural ombre nails, in which I get all the time at my regular nail salon. I was trying this place out because I had a gift card for my birthday. The nail tech did my nails so bulky and sloppy. There was acrylic under my nails, on my fingers, and around the cuticle. I asked her to fix a few nails, but she didn't seem to see a problem with her work. I spent 3 1/2 hours in the nail shop, just to drive across town to my regular nail shop to see if they could clean my nails up. Unfortunately, they couldn't fix it because of the ombre. I spent another 1 1/2 the nail shop soaking the acrylic off. Now, 5 hours gone and $110 later, my nails aren't done. I'm so disappointed....read full review
It needed to be said. I took my daughter in to get a full set and a pedicure. She had a picture of what she wanted. She and I were separated- first mistake. She got a French manicure but the little simple silver lines were left off. The manicurist wanted her to do her eyebrows - hurt her feelings a couple of times. When I pointed out that she didn’t finish her nails, she wanted to argue. Why couldn’t she just add the silver? It was not a pretty scene and I was not nice. I just wanted her nails perfect. Plus I had spent too much on our nails. Beware that they will push you to buy more than you wanted to spend.:
