Well I got back faster than expected. However, I was not asked how my protocol for migraine interventions went. I was in to much pain to push the issue and just went with the program even though I’m a nurse. The doctor forgot to turn the lights back off after he left the room and I couldn’t muster the energy to do it. My treatment plan includes IV Fluids, anti nausea and anti inflammatory medication if that doesn’t work after the bag of fluid is done another bag and pain killer. Usually one bag and no need for narcotics there or at home. I got a steroid shot anti inflammatory and a script for narcotics. I’m a nurse and know what works for me. But cool he’s never had a month long 8-10 out of 10 migraine. I’ve had an emergency call into my neurologist. Staff was kind and helpful.
