Montevallo Doghouse + Cats, LLC is a small pet boarding facility located four miles south of historical downtown Montevallo and the University of Montevallo. The facility has climate-controlled dog rooms with both indoor and private outdoor areas, and the cat facility has its own separate building with walk-in style rooms, window shelves, climbing trees, and chairs for relaxation. Two private, one-on-one activities are included each day for each pet, and the business offers four activities, as well as a seasonal splash pool time. The owners, Rebecca and her husband, are described as super nice and caring, and they run a very clean establishment. Customers have expressed their trust and appreciation for the exceptional care provided for their pets.
Thank you so much for taking such great care of Luna and Baylie! Rebecca was so kind to send us emails to update us on how they were while we were gone. The emails made us feel so much better about leaving them. She also posted pictures which showed us how happy they were. We will definitely use her again on our next trip. Thanks again!
We always take our babies there when we go on vacation. They get walks everyday and each room has a dog run so they can go outside at anytime. It’s kind of a hidden gem. We love this place.
i was really nervous to board our girl for the first time. i asked around for recommendations & everyone said montevallo dog house. her prices are the most reasonable. she truly cared about our baby & it showed through every conversation. We appreciate Miss Rebecca for her thorough care she puts in. will definitely use them in the future!
