From the front desk staff to the precious intake team member. My less than cooperative pet was treated with such love and patience. I appreciate their understanding of his personal needs and utilizing the time needed for him to receive the care he needed during his visit.
From the moment I entered with our two dogs, Buddy and Penny for Annuals and Bordetellas to the moment of departure - the ladies at the counter, the Veterinary Tech, Delaney, and Dr. Bruhn we're friendly, engaged, professional and wonderful with our precious babies. I especially appreciated the follow-up call on Penny's blood panel and the unhurried explanation of the results and answering of my questions.
The Vet and staff were so patient and calm with my nervous GSD. They took plenty of time with her and answered all my questions. I have never had a bad experience with the multiple visits I have had with my two GSD.
