Dowdell came out within 2 hours of my call this week to fix my AC unit during a very hot day. He also came back out to fix a faulty breaker in my power panel as well. I have used Keith and his team for 30 years and they have never let me down.
I highly recommend them! Keith came out to troubleshoot as we were having issues with humidity in the home. He was the 6th company to come out and assess the situation and he was the only one that figured out the problem! We couldn’t be happier with their overall knowledge and amazing prices. 10/10
After several failed home warranty calls on our old system we finally put our money into something that will pay us back in savings each year. Dowdell Heating and Air were knowledgeable, professional and reasonable. It was a breath of fresh air after dealing with so many different companies for quotes this was the only company in which we didn’t walk away just as confused.
