I arrived on time at 3 p.m., but I wasn’t greeted for quite a while. Around 3:10, Denise came out, but another customer was asking her about facial services, so her assistant escorted me to the massage room. The assistant instructed me to put on a wrap and get situated on the table. I found this unusual, as I’ve never been asked to wear a wrap for a massage.
After waiting about 15 minutes, Denise arrived, and I asked her about the wrap. She said it wasn’t necessary, left the room for me to change again, and then returned to begin the massage without acknowledging the delay. The massage itself was underwhelming.
