The entire team at Crocodile Carpet has been extremely helpful and wonderful to work with throughout this process! The knowledge they have and the ability to answer questions made our family feel that from the beginning, we chose the right company to help. We have an elderly dog who has accidents. We tried to clean to the best of our ability, but it was time to call in professional help, and the time they took to make sure we had the best service was incredible! Ended up with a small undetectable leak and Cody found it, and is helping me resolve it! Cody and Dee at Crocodile worked very hard to get things back in order. Not only did they do an awesome job, they were polite, always showed up and stayed in constant, perfect communication, as well as informing me of damage and dealing directly with the Ins Adjuster. Meticulous! Although it was awful to have this happen to my home, they made this "project" so much easier and virtually stress free to deal with. I'll never deal with anyone else! Awesome folks, doing a perfect job! Thank you for all of your hard efforts! They Rock!!
