“Contacted Lee Meriwether by email about a commercial building he had listed for sale and inquired as to whether he had a floor plan for the property. He responded with a curt "no" and did not offer to try to secure one nor did he even offer to allow me to view the property. A few days later, I contacted him again by email and inquired about viewing the property. The email went unanswered for several hours so I emailed him and expressed my dissatisfaction with his services and forwarded a copy to his broker. Have heard from no one about the matter - no surprise. Based on my dealings with this firm, I would not recommend them. *** Subsequent to posting my original review, I have dealt with John Stanley on several properties. He has been extremely helpful and informative. Accordingly, I have decided to change my original 1-star to 4-stars.“
