Fran destroyed our taxes three years ago and we're still paying for it. Apparently she didn't put our daughters ss number in correctly or file our business expenses correctly. Definitely do not recommend.

1st year was ok but 2nd yr price doubled so i spoke with fran over phone & told her not to file them i would pick them up but this is when covid was getting ramped up so i never picked up my w2 so ive been calling non stop today trying to find out when i can pickup my w2 from her but no voicemail set up and no call back. So if yiu read this fran i really need to pickup my paperwork from you for an appt. Ok so now i will update my rating due to fran never contacting to tell me she was shredding my w2's per her vm just now. Pretty ridulous (so called) business woman in my opinion. Thx alot fran for making this already dreaded experience more inconvenient
