I have never witnessed such disregard and disdain shown toward elderly individuals. My father and mother were treated with complete disrespect by the office staff at this facility. The behavior of the front desk staff was unacceptable and deeply upsetting.

No one should treat others—especially seniors—with such a lack of compassion and professionalism. I hope that those responsible come to understand how painful it is to see loved ones mistreated in this way.

I intend to follow up on this matter and will consider taking legal action if necessary. Individuals who show such poor conduct should not be employed in any public-facing position.

My dad is a patient here. He is also a diabetic. He was prescribed a medication for his diabetes. At one point he went off of it bc of the side effects he was having. When his blood sugar sky rocketed again he decided it would be best to take it. The doctor there put him back on it, HOWEVER they called in the same strength injection he was taking before going off of it. I am no medical professional, but I can tell you that is not how these meds should be prescribed. He was basically ODing on the meds from Monday-Thursday (until they made him an appointment for Thursday to get that co-payyyy & insurance claim $$$$) unnecessarily. Awful experience, people that don’t care. Gave us no updates for over 3+ hours, threw my dad onto the stretcher when he had 15+ fractures. Extremely rude and no care for other people. Staff is just there to collect a paycheck and could care less about there patients! DO NOT GO HERE
