I cannot say enough nice things about L&M. Every encounter that I have had with them both in person and over the phone has been 100% positive. They have been kind, considerate, and extremely professional. In a day and age where "customer service" is nonexistent, they excel. Feeling that you can trust that someone has your best interest at heart, is priceless. We will NEVER use anyone else.

Great service. They returned extra time to Inspect my new unit and help with some issues with an old vent. No extra charges. They gave me the lowest estimate on replacement of my new unit. That was good news!

I've been using them since 2008, and they have always done a terrific job! They replaced my current unit in 2008, and have always been fair and fast on service. Luckily, those calls have been far and few between. They always do a thorough job, and communicate with the customer. I've never had to call them back after a sevice visit for a "it's still broke", like I've seen a few other neighbors have to deal with. They use L&M now too!
