Technician came to house after a dead tree fell on fence. Gave a reasonable estimate. Said the work would be done this week. Shook on the agreement. Returned home tonight after a long day. Saw bill for greed price online. Got flashlight walked fence line. Perfect work and everything cleaned up. Now a big fan of the Shelby Fence Co team!!!B
11 out of 10 stars. Every single person I worked with at Shelby was great. Carol in the office went far above and beyond to help me with my HOA. There were many obstacles to navigate around my HOA and Carol very professionally steered that ship through out the journey. From start to finish, I would give A++ reviews.
