Scott Shaw answered my call...on-time, and kindly answered all my questions. If you have tried to get tradesmen out to help with a problem you know what I mean. Had Thompson Roofing come out to inspect my roof and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Bryan was very knowledgeable and gave me honest feedback instead of trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. It’s rare to find that kind of integrity these days.
