I had a couple of shingles come off my roof from the last hurricane remnants that came through our area so I called the company that installed my roof in Oct. 2011. I called, left voice messages and even emailed them and no reply. Based on some online reviews, I called Complete Roofing on a Thursday morning and received a call from one of the owners, Paul Spradlin about an hour later. He came over that morning and saw what was needed and said that he would just bring his guys over the next day to make the repair. His word is his bond and on Friday early afternoon, Paul and 4 of his team members came to my house, made the repairs and Paul asked for no money! I couldn't believe it! He said the job was so small that there'd be no charge and to just remember him in the future for any of my roofing needs. You bet I will! Thanks Paul and the team, you make working with you a pleasure and I hope to do business with you in the future!
I had the pleasure of meeting Paul today for a basic roof inspection.
Paul texted his intent, showed up on time, performed a speedy, yet thorough (he got up on the roof and crawled up in the attic) inspection to give me a verbal report. He was professional, pleasant, and frankly very fun to speak with. He gave me an honest report (that I don't need any additional work on this particular roof) so there wasn't much else for him to do.
That said - I have another structure I want a metal roof on and will be - without a doubt - calling Paul to execute on. I think Paul at "Complete Roofing" is absolutely a star in the industry.
