I had a scheduling mix-up at Skin Rx last Friday and initially left disappointed. The owner, Clair, personally reached out and explained the situation and how the time did not get updated. I completely get that and it does happen. She apologized sincerely and offered a complimentary Honey Enzyme Facial to make things right. Mistakes happen, and Clair handled it with honesty, grace, and professionalism. I wouldn’t want one upsetting interaction to overshadow the good work they do, we’re all human and trying our best, and I truly appreciate how she resolved it!

Brandie was AMAZING! From arrival to departure she explained every aspect of my facial as well as recommendations for daily facial maintenance.
