“I made the call to have Thompson look at an issue that I was having with a small section of my roof. To my surprise, Jackson arrived just a few hours later to inspect and give free estimate. Job was quoted and scheduled within a week. Excellent response! The day of the repair, Carl arrived and was ready to knock it out. Listened to my issue and was very knowledgeable. He reassured me that it would be as good as new when he was finished. Repair was completed in less than 3 hours. Clean up was perfect. Everything looked really good. After the job was finished, Carl walked me thru the repair and fully explained what was completed. He then also told me that he has cleaned out all my gutters to ensure no future issues. Incredible!!! Attention to detail and pride in work just poured out of Carl. Totally Impressed with him! I would recommend and will use Thompson in the future.
