Great service from start to finish! Our AC went out in the afternoon, the nice gentleman on the phone told me someone will come, might be late, but we didn’t care. I got updated through phone calls by a very friendly lady when the repair guys will be on the way. Two very nice and professional specialists came around 9:30pm, found the problem and fixed it! It was after 10pm when they finished. We so appreciate them working late, so we can have a cool house for the night. We are absolutely amazed by this great customer service!
