We recently had our roof replaced by QRE Construction and couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Shelby came out for the inspection and made everything so easy. She gave us great advice and straightforward answers. She handled all the communication with our insurance company, making the claims process stress-free. She explained everything clearly, kept us updated and made sure all paperwork was handled properly. The crew showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and had the roof done in no time. Zach Davenport took before and after pictures. He explained everything that was needed and went over all the options that could be done and the prices. He was great to work with and he worked closely with me and the workers construction supervisor Bill. Bill made sure everything was done right. He went and got supplies that the crew needed. They have separate crews for each job(one that just does roofs and one that just does siding and gutters. So everything is done by a specialized crew for that job. They were good. I was very pleased with the workers and the job that was done.
