Overpriced and freezing policies are ridiculous. I have diamond lever for a specific bed and for a year they have said they were getting another and I am unable to get use of the price package I pay every month. Staff is great. This is a Palm Beach Tan corp issue and they have handled it poorly. Would not recommend. The recent staff is really good finally.
The Palm Beach Tan (in Madison, AL) is OUTSTANDING!!! Ashley, Chandler, and Kayla are professional, customer-service oriented, friendly, and helpful; they go through the whole process with their clients to help them get it right (regarding spray tanning, etc.); it would be great if the Palm Beach Tan (in Huntsville) were a fraction as good (as the one in Madison, AL); the one in Madison is AWESOME!!!
I really enjoy this place. It's my time to wind down. The only issue I have is that one of the young ladies isn't friendly. But it doesn't affect the overall experience. ?
