Andrew and Matthew came this morning to install 3 new toilets and a new kitchen disposal, plus they took away all the old ones. Andrew came a week ago and gave me an estimate which was very fair. Today was the day and I am really impressed with the work they did. So professional and very respectful cleaned as they went and did a great job. Andrew Needham is a master plumber and gas fitter. He really knows his work and what he is doing. Matthew helped him today and is learning a lot from Andrew, they made a great team.

MPE has always been my go to for home service needs. They have always been prompt in service, courteous, and a huge help. All the technicians have been wonderful, but I would especially like thank Chris Smith for his dedicated service in my HVAC needs. He promptly diagnosed a thermostat issue I had for years and repaired it. Cudos to MPE for their staff of dedicated specialists! You will continue to be my go to for my home needs!

Jessalyn came out to give me a quote for a garbage disposal, and I honestly thought it would be a quick in-and-out kind of thing. We didn’t think there was a power outlet under the sink, but she took the time to really check — even going as far as taking apart the dishwasher to figure it out. That was above and beyond in my book.
Once we decided to move forward with a new disposal, she stayed in touch every step of the way. Her communication has been great, her work is efficient, and she’s just genuinely kind. We’ll absolutely keep using her services in the future. Thank you, Jessalyn!
