This is my first experience with Massage Envy. The massage therapist do very well. The location is clean. The staff is friendly but I do have concerns with one in particular.
Each time I visit there is a billing discrepancy to resolve. My first visit, I signed up for a membership. For a promotion, I was offered to waive next month’s membership fee. Great. Before leaving, I confirmed which card should be billed for my visits. The male staff, Geoff(?), assured me he will charge my preferred card. Enjoyed my facial the most & followed by massage. They’re having promotions & monthly membership plan. Staff was super friendly and the facility is clean, the rooms are kept so that it adds to the Relaxation Experience! Definitely recommended.
This place has been great. Golden is an extraordinary manager and the team here are all extremely personable and good at what they do.
