Steve did a fantastic job! He arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and showed me the results. Our gate looks and functions perfectly and we can’t even see where the storm damage was on the side fence. I’d hire Steve again in a heartbeat.
We had Steve at Madison Fence replace a rotted 6x6 post on our wooden shadow box fence that our gate was mounted to. After coming out to look at it and giving us a free estimate, we scheduled a time to do the job. Steve and his helper showed up on time, removed the gate, pulled the rotted post out, replaced it with a new 6x6 post, set it in concrete, and then later after the concrete had set he hung the gate again making sure that everything aligned and worked properly. He even added a third (middle) hinge to give the heavy gate extra support and replaced a couple of rotted fence pickets as well. He did a great job at a fair price and I am very satisfied.
