“This particular laundromat is amazing, you walk in and immediately smells amazing, all of the machines that I used were clean and sufficient. The environment was clean and the lady at the front desk was super helpful with questions I had about the dryers! Also I was very surprised that the bathroom that is used by the public was amazingly clean and well put together provided hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels. They also provide a quarter for cash service for customers I only had a $20 bill and turned it into quarters the employee was so kind to let us know that she can turn the quarters that we didn't use back into cash that way the company can recycle the quarters.They have a great selection of washer and dryer sizes including sizes big enough for huge comforters. I used the biggest washer for $8 a cycle which fit around 6 normal loads of laundry and the biggest dryer for $3 which fit the 6 normal loads of laundry and still had room. I definitely recommend using jiffy laundry in Madison! I will be coming back.<br><br>Thank you for having a great business with amazing customer service!!”

“I have got to say that these cleaners do live up to the mantra of southern hospitality. I left Madison Alabama roughly about 3 to 3 1/2 years ago and I forgot that I left one of my shirts there. They called me up a few years later saying that they have my shirt and because this shirt was important to me we discussed on how to get it back to me and let me tell you they went above and beyond the did whatever they could to get it back to me and let me just say they did. I would recommend them their level of care is beyond belief”

“OMG! Gates Cleaners do miracles! I took the dress I wore to my son’s wedding. It had a stain that other dry cleaners were not able to take out. Well, I went early this week to Gates. Kim took care of me. She is the nicest person and has an amazing smile. I told her my problem and she said we will do our best. She was right! I went today to pick it up! Voila! Stain is gone! I’ll forever be grateful! Thanks Gates! I’ll be back! Oh! I also took my 20 year old wedding gown and it came back like new! 100% recommended!”
