“We’ve hired Radway 3 times in the last 5-ish years, and each time Miller and his crew have done a great job, making our property even more beautiful. In all, Radway LLC completed the following for us: removed shrubs, planted trees and installed 2 new natural rock surrounds, installed hardscape borders around existing flower beds, removed an existing concrete patio, built a new cedar pergola and new paver patio, built a new firepit and surrounding hardscape and walkway using concrete pavers and natural stone, built 2 elevated stands with natural stone to surround our existing rain barrels, built a new cedar arbor for elevating a small array of solar panels (and buried the electrical conduit for us), installed multiple french drain systems, and re-graded our entire backyard to fix existing drainage problems. As a bonus, Miller also built a ~ 3’ x 4’ area for our garbage cans using leftover pavers from our various jobs. Miller and his entire crew are amazing, hard workers with a “can-do” and positive attitude towards any changes we wanted to make during the course of events. Initially I found Radway on a list of about 7 potential contractors, all of whom I contacted but only a handful responded. For that first job, I interviewed and obtained pricing from 3 contractors, and Radway came in with a substantially lower price. Because he did such stellar work on that first job, we had him back to price the second job (backyard re-grading, cedar pergola, and patio replacement). Again, Radway undercut his direct competitors by a large amount. For the third job (including solar arbor, french drains/regrading, additional hardscaping and landscaping), we just hired Miller because we knew he would supply the best work at the least cost. The last thing I want to add to this review is that Miller and his entire crew are extremely trustworthy. On our last job in particular, we weren’t home during much of his/crew’s working hours, but I never had a cause to worry about the quality of work being completed. In our most recent and prior experience working with Radway, there’s no need for direct supervision by the customer, because with any questions that we had, he would always ensure that our questions were answered and any issue or change that we wanted was addressed the next day. In short, there are lots of outdoor-type contractors in the area of Huntsville and Madison County, but I would recommend Radway for your project. Miller Radway of Radway LLC has a solid history with us for doing outstanding work at a great price.“
