I have got to say that these cleaners do live up to the mantra of southern hospitality. I left Madison Alabama roughly about 3 to 3 1/2 years ago and I forgot that I left one of my shirts there. They called me up a few years later saying that they have my shirt and because this shirt was important to me we discussed on how to get it back to me and let me tell you they went above and beyond the did whatever they could to get it back to me and let me just say they did. I would recommend them their level of care is beyond belief

I took my mother's 74 year old wedding dress to Kay's cleaners in Madison. I was amazed! All of the yellowing on the satin and overlay was gone!!! It has never been cleaned. Thank you Kay's Cleaners!

I recently started using this dry cleaners and I can't say enough about them. Everyone is always so nice and I thought I had given them the ultimate challenge when I took my husband's 50 year old down coat in to have it cleaned. That coat was so nasty, I was embarrassed to even take it in but I stuffed it in a plastic garbage bag and off I went. I picked it up today, not really expecting too much but do you know, the coat looked brand new! Outdated of course, but so clean I couldn't believe it. I will always use Kay Cleaner's, they are absolute miracle workers!
