UPDATE: I continue to bring my clothes to Joy Cleaners. My clothes come back perfect. Some of my shirts require washing and some dry-cleaning. I have, over the past 18 months, used Joy Cleaners as my cleaners of choice. The work is exceptional, the dry cleaning has no odors. The items that require washing are always cleaned, and perfectly ironed. No rips, tears, missing buttons etc. The prices are affordable, especially for someone on a fixed income. 5 Solid Stars and Highly Recommend.

I have used the services of this group for many years. I have no complains whatsoever. I have had 3 cracked buttons and 1 issue with a shirt. This is not bad considering all the years of outstanding service.

I've been using them for years and have been happy with the service. I've never had a problem with any of the cleanings and have never had an item go missing. They've hemmed several pants for us and did a great job. I also had them shorten the sleeves on a few dress shirts, not a run-of-the-mill job, and they turned out perfectly. The staff is always pleasant and professional and turn around for cleaning is usually pretty quick.
