Had a new furnace and A/C installed for the upstairs. Technicians were very professional, polite, knowledgeable. They cleaned up after they were done. They were patient with my multiple questions. Strongly recommend this company
UPDATE Just had the downstairs unit serviced with a maintenance inspection. The technician (Paden ) did an excellent job. Again, highly recommend this company
He was knowledgeable and explained my options well. Apologizing for previously scheduled no shows causing wasted time off work. I wasn't happy with the scheduling service but Austin was great.
Agent was friendly and explain everything to make me aware of things he saw and was concerned about. He made me aware of a few small issues and told me when to expect bigger problems if they were to happen.
