Holly was the first person my wife and I met in Huntsville when we relocated for work back in 2006. She came highly recommended by my hiring manager, and honestly… I couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us. Before we even set foot in Alabama, she was driving all over Madison and Huntsville taking photos of homes for us because we were 1,500 miles away. When we finally flew in for a house-hunting trip, she spent an entire week with us until we found the right place. I still remember making our offer while sitting in the airport waiting to fly home. While we were packing up in another state, she attended our inspection for us, took pictures, walked through issues she noticed, and gave us both her professional and personal take on everything. We’ve now lived in that home for 19 years and raised three kids in it. What blows my mind is that nearly twenty years later, she still hasn’t forgotten us. She still checks in and asks about our kids. She must have an enormous client list, yet she remembers everyone. Just about every year she sends some kind of holiday gift. She has also donated hundreds of dollars to our kids’ sports teams without a second thought. It still amazes us. If you’re looking for someone who isn’t just an expert on the Huntsville area but is also a genuinely good person with a memory like an elephant, you won’t be disappointed. When the day comes to sell the home she helped us buy, she’s the one who will be selling it. Highly recommended.
Corinn Nelson is by far the best realtor EVER!!! We bought our house through another agent and broker - I had no desire to use them again - what an amazing person we found in her - not only did she sell our home but made sure we had a contact where we are moving - who does that - THE BEST REALTOR EVER!!!
