Everyone there is so nice. Christine is amazing. She gets all my knots and sore spots with just the right amount of pressure. She explains why certain areas hurt and suggests things I can do to help them. The new infrared sauna is so relaxing after a massage. I could have fallen asleep.

Christine was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to really understand my pain and what would help. She is very skilled and when I left I felt like I could already tell a huge difference and the next day I felt the best I had felt in such a long time! I am so grateful I found them!
