This review is about the owner. I called about an issue we were having and the owner informed me he was out of town with family and the rest of his team was booked, but he gave me the names of 3 other plumbers he recommends. He could have just said he was unavailable and ended the call, but he still tried to help. That level of professionalism should be the norm, but sadly, is not. It was probably a small thing to him, but meant a lot to me.

We used Hatcher plumbing for a total revamp of our 1960’s house’s plumbing. He gutted the old drains and replaced all of the cast iron with a completely redesigned pvc drain system all the way to the septic tank. He designed a new vent system so that no pipes would show up through the roof sections at the front of the house. He also created a new water supply system throughout the house using PEX. He even replaced some pvc on our pool pump! Sims gave a lot of great advice along the way and helped us overcome several obstacles in our remodeling.
