“I chose Sparrows for my first time ever ordering flowers and I am so impressed! I’m from Indiana and my partner lives in Huntsville, AL. I had no idea who to go to. I chose the shop that looked the nicest online! I ended up making a mistake with my delivery date. When I emailed asking if there was a possibility for a change, they responded within 10 minutes or less and was able to deliver within a two/three hours from that change!! The delivery was perfect and the flowers look and smell so beautiful! I HIGHLY recommend this shop! I can’t wait to use them again!“

“My out of state sister sent me birthday flowers! Kayla was so incredibly kind and thoughtful! She verified the address wrote delivery which was perfect because I wasn’t at the address my sister sent the flowers. A lot of people would have thought “not my problem”. But she took the extra step to call and verify before bringing them to me!
The flowers are breathtaking! I’m so excited ti enjoy them for days to come!“

“Overall I was pleased with the service (A+ on time) and the arrangement (B+ very nice). The reason I'm not giving the arrangement an A is because it looked pretty different from the one we ordered on their website which was more colorful than the white and green one that arrived. While I understand flower availability may impact design at any florist, it would have been nice for them to stick with the same color theme as the arrangement advertised online. ALSO, this one of the many businesess now contributing to Tipflation. There is a $20 delivery fee and then a $10 service fee, and then they want a tip on top of that? Just price the arrangement to pay your people and run your business without adding lots of fees and tips. It would be a refreshing change for the florist industry that has become almost like the airlines adding fees and charges but at least the airlines don't ask for a tip (yet). A baker makes a beautiful custom cake and doesn't ask for a tip - why should a florist? Having said that, we will use this shop again in the future as we were pleased with the service and the arrangement.“
