I don’t think I’ve ever been compelled to write a review about a store
But I’ve been baffled by how great the customer service is both of the times I’ve been here.
If FnD has it I’m buying it here from now on.
Have used this store for several projects and have been able to find everything I need at one place. I keep them in mind when I need to buy things for a project. Marble tiles were there with everything else.
I purchased some flooring last month and had some extra to return. Great store, fantastic employees. James was our original sales person. Great work James!
Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Gabriel and Jordan in the large order / return department, they set the wow factor, exceeding the highest level. Professional and highly efficient in their duties. Oh by the way, this department was short staffed during my visit.
