My experience at EyeCare Associates was wonderful and the doctor and entire staff were professional, courteous, knowledgable and prompt. One of the best customer care experiences I’ve had. Dr. Sunita was fantastic.

First and foremost Clean!!! Everyone was attentive and Professional my wait time was less than 15 minutes. This includes the associates helping one walk in with glasses repair and another with appointment and completing a fitting for another client. If one was busy the other associate stepped up to assist without hesitation. Optometrist was quick to the point with My questions answered. Friendly And courteous Overall. Great Office and Staff

Had a great experience with the Dr. and staff. The only bad thing I can say is they told me that my glasses would be ready in 7-10 days. It's been about two weeks and I haven't even received as much as a cc courtesy call??
