Sean here aims to please! He helped me enroll in a monthly plan, including a first-time discount, and gave my car an extra scrub with a scratch-free brush before it went through the wash. Always friendly and helpful!

VIP member and the guy working the other side had the gate open, so we had to wait. He never once acknowledged us. We honked twice. Too many car washes to put up with this. There's a reason we purchase for both of our vehicles, but the benefits of it don't seem to be on the salesmans mind. Sure hope it doesn't happen again.

Get the free coupon in the mail, and when I pulled up the attendant asked if I wanted the free month of washes as well, I declined, and he proceeds to shame me in a comical fashion. He says, “you know that’s why they got me standing out here, right? Can’t believe people don’t understand the value of a free month of washes. I wouldn’t be here if it was always just gonna be free.” I declined again, and laughed and shook his head in a dramatic fashion.

Ok! You are frustrated with your job, maybe some other stuff I have no idea about, but I can’t imagine the shaming sales technique being effective for that many people.
