Big thanks to Roland Rice for helping me with my pest problems. Very educational, knowledgeable, professional and aware about ways and tools to keep my home safe. We need more workers that value their customers and take time out to keep everyone satisfied and safe on both ends. Just top notch service in every way. We have regular coverage through Cooks and had to make a few modifications to our service due to medical issues and they enthusiastically rolled with the punches.Phillip, our representative is friendly, professional and knows his stuff.We've been a customer for a little over 2 years now and have been pleased with the results, the cost and that we don't have mice in the attic any more.10/10
