“I had developed a couple of chronic pain areas in my lower extremities in the last few years that were persistent and never went away on their own even with some at-home physical therapy exercises. After getting a longer intense massage that focused on that region, both of those issues are almost entirely gone. I can't believe this is all I had to do in order to mitigate them to the point where they aren't daily problems any longer, but I am very thankful for the benefits I got out of this. I will be sure to come by periodically in the future so that I can prevent any reintroductions of issues like this.

Update #1 - I went back for the 2nd time around 2 months after my 1st appointment. I had developed some new chronic pain in an upper extremity between the two sessions, and I made sure to get a focus on that issue in particular. While it isn't completely gone, it has been greatly relieved thanks to the deep-tissue massage similar to what I got last time on top of the cupping work done which was my first experience with it.

Update #2 - Going back for the 3rd time around 2 months after the 2nd time, I saw Seth in particular on short notice after having spent a few weeks with various upper-body pain and tightness. Out of the 3 different people I've seen so far, he was definitely the best one in terms of the immediate overall relief that I felt. He likes to communicate a lot during the session which might be uncomfortable to some, but it didn't bother me and actually helped keep me more engage in providing feedback during the session.“
