I want to share a very positive experience I recently had with Aspen Dental in Madison, specifically with Violet, the Operations Manager.

I had a billing issue that became stressful and confusing, and Violet went above and beyond to advocate for me and help get it fully resolved. She took the time to really listen, followed through with leadership, and made sure everything was handled correctly and fairly. The situation was resolved with professionalism, kindness, and care. She has consistently shown this same patience and compassion in past visits as well, and this experience only reinforced how deeply she truly cares about her patients.

What truly stood out to me was her character — she treats patients like people, not just accounts. In moments that were stressful for me, she showed genuine compassion, integrity, and advocacy. That kind of care makes a real difference, and it’s not something you come across every day.

I’m incredibly grateful for her help and support, and I truly appreciate the way she showed up for me when I needed it most. I’m really grateful for the care and integrity Violet brings to what she does, and it made a lasting impression on me.

My experience with Aspen in Madison has been wonderful.
The staff there are very caring and helpful. I've been without my 2 front teeth since COVID. And what I didn't think was possible in getting back aspen is helping me get back. For somebody who struggles with PTSD with previous dentist, they made it a wonderful and relaxing visit.
