Wonderful wonderful experience! As I read in another review, I felt like a valued patient here. It was extremely refreshing and encouraging! The office was a bit behind but everyone stayed positive, did good work and still took the time to chat with me along the way. Bellia called me back and was so sweet and made me feel extremely comfortable! I enjoyed talking with her! After that I worked with Paige and Dr. Hamlin for a little bit. It was quick check in short wait. The office personnel I was in contact with was very courteous . Dr Hamlin was easy to talk with, an very thorough with my eye exam. Did not rush me. The young lady that helped me with my new glasses was helpful, polite and easy to talk with.

From time I walked in, I felt like I was a valued person/patient. The receptionist was friendly and explained exactly what I needed to do and was just so welcoming. Once I went back to a room, Bethany did all the preliminary work up and all with a caring attitude.We were able to talk with ease as she worked. When she took me back to wait on Dr Hamlin, I only had to wait a couple of minutes. He came in with an assistant (sorry, didn’t get her name?) to do the actual exam. He blew me away with his upbeat attitude and treating me like he’d been anxious to meet me. Of course he wasn’t, but was just so engaging, he put me right at ease.
