I’ve been going to Chloe for lashes, nails, and waxing for a while now, and she is hands-down the BEST. Every single time I leave her chair, I feel like an absolute goddess. Her lash work is flawless—full, fluffy, and always lasts forever. The waxing is quick, precise, and as comfortable as it can possibly be.
But what really sets Chloe apart is her nail art. She hand-draws everything, and the level of detail is insane.
