I give DataTrust a 5 star review! As a CPA, I need it quick and guarded. They charged me half ($85 before tax and they had to order a part, kit and kaboodle? $91, quoted close to $200) what they quoted me and had my computer a total of 5 hours! They are a computer repair company in Summerdale on Hwy 59 next to the Spear Hunting Museum. I have a Dell Inspirion laptop ($1,000 computer) that I purchased less than a year ago (and thus was under warranty). I called Dell and sent me a box and I asked how long will you have my computer? And they said APPROXIMATELY 2 weeks. I am a CPA by profession and though not in practice (I am still a custodian of very sensitive information, and I take that role very serious). Me shipping off to god knows who, god knows where and for god knows how long. NOPE! Free just got expensive! Here was my problem. The port of my computer was cracked. Meaning when I plugged the A/C adapter into the computer went charge unless I wiggled it ( did 3 cartwheel, full moon) and I need that replaced. I needed someone local, and a friend Danielle Bercier a Veterinarian, recommended them. I assure you she and I are equal in our fastidiousness and our ability to relay expectations without refrain. So I called them and explained the problem. Brought it up there, and they opened my laptop up and determined was the port, and asked for permission to order the part. I said granted think was a week ago. They put my computer back together (1.5 hours called me) and I picked up my computer and used it. I asked for invoice amount and they said we will invoice when repaired. So used my computer the balance of the week, and yesterday called and said part was in. I said, can I bring it tomorrow morning? (which is today, and dropped it off at 11:30 am. Called me at 1pm today and said it's fixed. They saudered in the part and it is 226pm as I type and and costed $91. Extremely pleased and speed of recovery and sensitivity to lack of possession, exceeded my expectations!
